had a Tool vibe in the middle there (1.30ish)... the mad time sig's are great as always... you pulled some really bizarre chords out for this one (i know next to nothing about guitar but the string combos sounded crazy) and the overall composition was nice.
it was cool...

i'm hi-5ing it... but I reckon the one thing missing was a bunch of spooky samples ripped from cheesy b-grade horror movies (some spoken word revealing a primordial horror... some chick screaming... footsteps walking faster and faster etc)... that would make it 10/10.
it really rocks even without the window-dressing i've just described... this was well composed and definitely creepy.

i was just listening to it the other day and was thinking it deserved some. The vox style you used here was pretty good... it matches the rhythm pretty well...
my only criticism is the 10 minute thing... it does show a little that you didn't spend long writing them (the fact that the vox repeat for 3/4 of the song is a bit of a hint!) wheras the recording of them is fine. You've done a good job.

I spent fives times as long as the song is to write the lyrics... that isn't good enough? =p
But seriously, I don't think taking more time would improve the lyrics any. Simple song, simple lyrics.
Have you ever heard the Hatebreed song 'Destroy Everything'? Yeah, kinda the same deal.
I do get what you're saying though, and if it were a more complex song, I would write more complex lyrics. But honestly, this song is about brutality and kicking ass. No need to elaborate a whole lot on that concept.

good tone... i reckon the quiet guitar at the start was just a little TOO quiet, though.... sure it was repetetive but the rhythm is killer and the guitars were sounding fat! good drum programming too.
i'm not familiar with this band as such so i can't comment on how well you covered it or anything... but i thought it was ace.
