i'm with that guy...

riffs were pretty cool but the mix was a bit dodgy... drums seemed to need to be panned further out (that cymbal - hihat? - in the middle there was pissin' me off) and the levels on the guitar were uneven... to my ears anyway.

how did you record those guitars? they were a bit full-on & crusty but that isn't always a bad thing in metal.

so, yeah, music = awesome, drums = ok... mix needs improvement

some gutsy growls/screams would go fine on this (if mix is fixed up)

well, we use an 8-track recorder, so its not like a USB-computer kinda deal. Its pretty nice stuff....

As for mix/eq we have no idea what we are doing, but give it enough time and we'll get the hang of it.
I'll check out your stuff, just make sure to listen to my song worthless. That one is proficiently executed.

seriously, though, great track... really surprised that the wacky synth worked as well as it did.... guitar work is very gutsy and skilled... good to hear!

who needs a vocalist?

i was going to suggest at some point in these rambling reviews that adding vox to these would be rad but there's so much going on that it never gets stale enough to demand them. It would still be awesome to have some vox but, really, the guitars are doing enough to make it unnecessary.
