yep i digged it/dug it/dag it too... great beat driving it along. I don't know what it is... but it feels like it's missing something... another instrument... maybe I was waiting for the spazo-solo saxaphonist to crank in. Either that or some crazy vox.

I get worried when I read things like "I finished this in 5 minutes" because, to me, that means the creator is either lazy, overconfident, or not a perfectionist. I believe that if someone is posting for an audience it should be pretty damned close to their best effort.

Fortunately, this wasn't the case here. I don't think you've cut corners. So if I could add a sentence to your description, it would read something like:
"I'm wasting less time making these songs now as my skills with the equipment have increased." something like that (hopefully a bit less wanky than that though!)

Jeez... haven't even got to reviewing it yet... blabberboy.

I enjoyed this! Good transitions between sections... good variety of FX... good mix... I like the speed of it too, this is my kind of speed. This would make a killer backing track to a fast paced action game... I'm thinking SuperSpaceInvaders... ninjas kicking the crap out of each other from all directions. Great stuff.

I dunno, maybe it's a bit more loose in the Audio portal... but if you were posting half made flash anim's in the flash portal you would get crucified.

With some crusty overdrive... a real bass guitar... and most importantly some belting-fast drums this has potential.

The 3/4 timed guitar riff is neat... i can imagine that with some eyeball-gouging doublekick behind it... maybe even a little atmospheric synth.

But that's the point! It shouldn't be in my imagination!

...but I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie so this kind of thing wasn't written with me in mind. This was pretty neat... nice instrumentals that mix together pretty well and complement the overall feel of the song.

I could easily imagine this being used as a backing track in many animations on NG... I think it would be quite flexible in terms of the different genres it could be used in.

I'm rating this as if I wasn't a junkie for the sweet stuff... 8/10

... but I was totally hanging out for the vocals to kick in!

This was great... good rhythm and some slick gtr work in there... the keys really cap it off. It's a good mix. Sucks that you hafta use a drum machine... a few rad fills would've taken this to the next level.

The drums are the hardest thing to get a clean recording of, though, especially in your bedroom! I'm a drummer, have my own kit, but I still use the beatbox for my songs for the same reason.

Loved it.
